• Type SB 305 is equipped with one upper mold vibrator and one lower mold / main vibrator that have strong vibration to produce block with medium strength. Ther is also another vibrator at the hopper to avoid raw material bridging inside the hopper.
• The Power Pack and electrical control panel were placed in special unit separated from machine construction.
• SB 305 is using semi automatic operation system using knob and four handles that are easy to operate.

MULTI BLOCK MACHINE SB 306

 

Multi Block machine SB 306 TP is a high quality machine, created for producing paving stone, hollow block, grass block and other models of block.

Features

• SB 306 TP uses the box filler for feeding material into the mold which is completely operated using hydraulic systems. The box filler?s height can be adjusted according to the mold in use. To clean the upper mold, the machine is equipped with cleaner brush that can be easily replaced.
• All of our multi block machines provide maximum vibration in the mix so that the proportion of cement can be reduced without compromising with the quality. Type SB 306 TP is equipped with one upper mold vibrator and two lower mold vibrators that have strong vibration to produce block with maximum strength. There is also another vibrator at the bucket to avoid raw material bridging inside the hopper.
• The Power Pack and electrical control panel were placed in special unit separated from machine construction.

• Pallets being piled on the frame box at the backside of machine. The pallets can be fed into the machine by using hydraulic system.

MULTI BLOCK MACHINE SB 324

SB 324 SE is a high capacity multi block-making machine with multiple advantages, specially designed for producing concrete products and its other accessories.

Semi-automatic operation system with only two toggles and push button, simplify the operator’s tasks in operating the machine that will reduce human errors and rejected products. Built by steel frame simply constructed, but having a reliable and long lasting machine construction.

Speed-adjustable chain conveyor system is giving faster pallet feeding and simple construction to minimize moving parts and its maintenance.

Air-cooling system used for the power pack keeps the hydraulic fluid always in normal working temperature, expanding the lifetime of hydraulic fluid and hydraulic parts.

The power pack and electrical control panel placed in special unit separated from machine construction to keep it safe from machine’s vibration.

More advantage can be achieved by the possibility of reducing the proportion of cement in the mix without compromising with the quality, thanks to its perfectly designed vibration system.
